We are less than a 5-minute drive from the three major reproductive endocrinology clinics in Atlanta (Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine, Georgia Reproductive Specialists, and Reproductive Biology Associates). We have a healthy professional working relationship with these clinics and we receive referrals from their doctors daily.

We have specialized in acupuncture treatment for infertility since 1999, with many years of effective collaboration with reproductive endocrinologists. Mark A. Lewinter, L.Ac. is further credentialed as a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (www.aborm.org). Our practice has a comprehensive understanding of western medicines and procedures used during ART. Throughout an IVF cycle it is important for your acupuncture practice to be available when you need them the most, particularly during fertility procedures. At Metro Acupuncture we staff four acupuncturists, so an appointment is open for you when you need it, and importantly, we are always staffed to treat you on the day of your embryo transfer, even if it is on a Sunday!
